We met Rebecca through our son, whom she found a home for in Richlands. We lived in Maryland and moved down here to be near our son (a Marine) and his family. I was very picky. We didn’t want to be in a neighborhood, on a dirt road, had to have a detached garage, within an half hour from our son and we wanted to be on the outside of the New River. Well Rebecca went to work and we went back to Maryland. We looked online, Rebecca would send us houses and our son would go and look at them while FaceTiming us. We weren’t finding anything but Rebecca never gave up. We sold our home in April and had two months to find a home. So, we drove down to North Carolina, (had 4 days to find an house) and Rebecca had houses set up to go see. But nothing was meeting all our needs. Till two days before we left. She found the perfect house on almost an acre in the country. 20 minutes from our son and outside the New River. The house is beautiful. A rancher with an attached garage and detached garage that sits back off of a paved road. Rebecca handled all the settlement. Found attorneys and we settled in June 2022. We did everything online while we went back to Maryland to pack. Rebecca is the greatest. She also recommended car insurance companies, propane/oil companies. Who our electric would be. Even shared some restaurants to go to. We’ve stayed in touch with her because she’s such a wonderful person. I would definitely recommend her for your house hunting. Far and near. We decided to move to the area and while on vacation, I did a search online for real estate and sent my contact to Rebecca. She called me back in a very short time and we spent at least 30 minutes talking about what we wanted to do. I asked her many questions about the area, schools and how it would be to move to Sneads Ferry, NC from up north. She was very knowledgeable and calmed my fears for me and my family. We finally met Rebecca and went through multiple properties in new and established developments. She even came with us on a Friday night after we called her 1 hour earlier, to view a property we were very interested in. She was able to give us a very good idea on what the monthly mortgage payment, utilities etc. would cost and gave us a good idea if we could afford it or not. Well she was pretty darn close. When we asked her, she recommended a couple of lenders to try since we were not from here. While we went through a difficult process to get a loan and purchase the property from the builder, Rebecca was always available and helped answer questions and went to bat for us with the builder and loan officer. My wife and Rebecca would talk for long periods of time on the phone and in person. She never rushed us. She was with us every step of the way. I can't say enough about Rebecca and my wife, and I see her as our friend during and after our process. I have worked with many real estate agents in my life and Rebecca hands down is the best one I have worked with. She is even working with my son on a rental or new property. If you are buying new or used property, you would be mistaken not to have Rebecca as your real estate agent.

Went above and beyond. We had a particular loan type , and they were very difficult. Rebecca helped us go through it, step by step. And when the first mortgage broker we spoke to was not doing their jobs, and prolonging an already difficult transaction, Rebecca let us know things weren't being done properly. She in turn, connected us to another mortgage broker who was able to fix the 1st company's mess, and get everything done in a very short amount of time.
